Huawei to Become Supplier of Vodafone

According to a recent announcement by Huawei, the company has signed an agreement with Vodafone whereby it will become the first Chinese company to be accepted as an approved supplier for Vodafone. Huawei will provide Vodafone and all its worldwide subsidiaries with 3G network equipment and other telecommunications equipment. The deal also enables Huawei to expand its sales of mobile phones, which it can bundle with the equipment it supplies to Vodafone.
